In this video, I share my experience using the Bullet Journal Method as an analog productivity system alongside Obsidian and Todoist. Instead of trying to replace every digital tool with a notebook, I’ve found that Bullet Journaling fills a specific gap in my productivity system: attention, execution, capture, and reflection. I’ll break down the basics of the Bullet Journal Method—including the index, future log, monthly log, and daily log—and explain why the simplicity of the daily log has become so valuable for me. I also explain how Bullet Journaling fits alongside Obsidian and Todoist. Obsidian remains my long-term knowledge and reference system. Todoist holds tasks I’m committed to doing later. My Bullet Journal is where the things I’m actually focusing on right now live. More importantly, going analog has changed how I think about focus. Writing things down forces me to slow down, narrow my priorities, embrace a little messiness, and spend less time tinkering with productivity systems instead of actually doing the work.
